Jack has more than 45 years of experience in the life sciences and health care industries, working across the private and public sectors and internationally. He specializes in building innovative technology solutions for health care providers and public health agencies to improve clinical care, revenue cycle management, and operations. He led health information technology projects, overseeing all aspects of electronic health record implementations and enterprise resource planning across multiple vendor platforms, including Epic, Oracle, and Workday. Throughout his career he worked with clients such as Duke University Health System, MedStar Health, Sentara Healthcare, University of Missouri Health Care, CommonSpirit Health, Inova Health System, Essentia Health, University of Virginia Health System, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Defense Health Agency, and the Massachusetts Department of Public and Mental Health, as well as various health care organizations in the United Kingdom, Australia, and South Korea. Jack has a Master of Public Administration from American University, specializing in Healthcare Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Providence College.
