Helen has more than 40 years of experience leading information technology initiatives that deliver world-class technology solutions to clients. She is a pioneer and partner in helping organizations prepare for and respond to unforeseen vulnerabilities, focusing on process, project, and portfolio management as well as governance, acquisition, policy development, and stakeholder communications. She has worked with organizations such as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Federal Election Commission, Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, and U.S. Department of Defense. As the Chief Executive Officer of MPA, she also sets the company's strategy and manages its core operations. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional, and Professional Project Executive. Helen has a Master of Public Administration from American University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland.
