Gregory has more than 20 years of experience working in public health. He works with clients to develop health care policies and programs that transform clinical care, leading internal coordination and communication initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups to encourage adoption among audiences. He is exceptionally skilled at translating complex ideas into actionable strategies that enhance health care outcomes, particularly in the military community where he worked on mental health and traumatic brain injury policies. Throughout his career, he supported federal health care agencies including the Defense Health Agency, Department of Veterans Affairs, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, as well as the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs. He also served in the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) for the U.S. Army where he was a combat lifesaver. Gregory has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the University of Maryland.
